Tim Grasso

Business Administrator

Tim’s experience in Business Administration began when he entered the restaurant business upon completing a degree at the College of Dupage. He gained experience working in several corporate restaurant management positions over 15 years, followed by owning and operating his own successful Italian pizza restaurant for 20 years. He has been active in the Village of Roselle: Chamber of Commerce, Village planning and zoning, T.I.F. committees, and the Roselle Historical Society.

He became interested in a holistic approach to revitalize his health when he determined to lower his cholesterol using food as medicine. He entered a Quaker Oats contest where he ate oatmeal everyday for 30 days along with his regular meals. He lowered his cholesterol and triglyceride levels by 14% and naturally lost weight!  He won the contest and Quaker Oats then contracted  him on a Quaker Oat Square Cereal box, and in a series of their T.V. commercials for a year and a half.

His interests include; swimming, biking, yoga, and he is a boating enthusiast.

Licensed Massage Therapist

I am an outdoor enthusiast and live an active lifestyle. I participate in several sports and compete in triathlon. For the last 5 years I have also worked as rock climbing instructor and outdoor guide.

Living actively has caused me to push my body beyond its ability, resulting in several injuries over the years. From my own personal experience I have seen the benefits of massage as a therapy for treating injuries, as well as promoting recovery in athletes. In addition to this, I specialize in hot stone massage, prenatal massage, aromatherapy and fire-cupping. I have developed my own deep tissue techniques, drawing inspiration from thai and lomi-lomi.

Recently I graduated from Roosevelt University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. I was awarded both College Honors and Departmental Honors for academic achievement. I plan to continue my studies in the health field.
